How do I place an order?
Follow these steps to place an order at Márie Dublin:
- Visit marticollection.com and browse to your desired product
- Select your size, using the size guide if needed
- Click "Add to cart"
- Go to your cart and click "Checkout"
- Enter shipping address and choose payment method
- Confirm your order to receive a confirmation email within minutes
If you don't receive the confirmation email, check your spam folder or contact us at niavenko.contact@gmail.com.
What is the return policy?
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that we do not offer free returns, so the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
To start a return, simply email us at niavenko.contact@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the correct return address, please do not send the package back to the address on the shipping label, as it will not reach our return center.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 7 to 12 business days once your order has shipped. We also need 1 to 2 business days to process and prepare your order before handing it over to the carrier. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon or during the weekend may take a little longer to process.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
